A much-loved neighbourhood deli and specialty coffee shop in Milan. Founder Gabriele Ornati asked Studio Navet to redesign the storefront, add a café space, and improve the commercial flow of the shop. The interior update was handled with restraint. Existing shelving and furniture were reused where they worked, while new functions were introduced in considered, high-quality materials allowing materiality carry the quality of the place. Studio Navet also designed custom furniture for the seating inside and out, and managed the project from idea to completion.
